Returns & Refunds Policy

Rebibi is a marketplace for pre-loved products. Because items may have previous wear, buyers should carefully review the photographs, description, measurements, size, and disclosed condition before purchasing.

This policy explains how to report a problem, request a return, and receive an approved refund. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights available under applicable Lebanese law.

1. Reporting a problem

Please inspect your item upon delivery and contact Rebibi within 24 hours of receiving it if you notice a problem.

Prompt reporting helps us investigate the issue, preserve relevant information, and resolve the matter with the seller.

The 24-hour period is our requested reporting timeframe. It does not remove any longer period or other remedy available under applicable law, including for hidden defects that could not reasonably have been discovered immediately.

2. Items eligible for return

You may request a return where:

• The item was materially misrepresented in the listing.
• The item is significantly different from the listing photographs or description.
• The item has damage or a material defect that was not disclosed.
• You received the wrong item.
• The item was represented as genuine and there is evidence that it is counterfeit or inauthentic.

Normal signs of previous use are not, by themselves, grounds for a return where they were accurately described or clearly shown before purchase.

For authenticity concerns, provide any supporting information available. Rebibi may request additional evidence or an independent assessment where reasonably necessary. A seller’s failure to provide an authentication guarantee does not automatically exclude a claim that an item was falsely represented as genuine.

3. Change of mind, fit, and disclosed flaws

Outside any applicable statutory withdrawal or other mandatory rights, Rebibi does not offer discretionary returns solely because:

• You changed your mind.
• The item does not fit, although its size and relevant measurements were accurately described.
• You overlooked information clearly provided in the listing.
• You dislike a flaw or sign of wear that was accurately disclosed.

An incorrect size label, materially inaccurate measurements, or an undisclosed alteration may still qualify as an item-description issue.

Any category-specific hygiene restriction must be clearly disclosed before purchase and remains subject to applicable law. It does not automatically exclude a valid claim concerning misrepresentation, an undisclosed defect, or another mandatory remedy.

4. Statutory withdrawal rights

Where a purchase falls within the distance-selling provisions of Lebanese consumer protection law, the buyer may have the right to withdraw within 10 days from delivery, subject to the exceptions established by law.

This right is separate from reporting an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described.

Contact Rebibi if you wish to exercise an applicable withdrawal right. We will assess the request according to the transaction and applicable law. The 24-hour reporting request above does not shorten a statutory withdrawal period.

5. How to request a return

Email [CUSTOMER SUPPORT EMAIL] with:

• Your order number.
• The item concerned.
• The delivery date.
• A clear explanation of the issue or the right you wish to exercise.
• Clear photographs of the item and the problem, where relevant.
• Photographs of the packaging if it arrived damaged.

Keep the item, packaging, labels, and accessories while your request is reviewed.

Please contact Rebibi before sending the item back so we can provide the correct return address and instructions. You do not need to obtain the seller’s separate agreement before contacting us.

Our review process does not make mandatory legal rights dependent on discretionary approval.

6. Item condition and return delivery

While a return is being assessed, do not wear, wash, alter, repair, or otherwise use the item beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.

Return the same item received, including any accessories, labels, or authenticity documents supplied with it. Package it securely and retain proof of dispatch or collection.

Where a return is approved because the seller misrepresented the item or failed to disclose a material issue, the seller is responsible for the approved return shipping costs.

For a statutory change-of-mind withdrawal, delivery costs will be allocated according to applicable law.

If Rebibi agrees to a discretionary exception for another reason, the buyer may be responsible for return shipping. We will explain any applicable charges before arranging the return.

7. Refunds and Rebibi credit

Once the return has been assessed and any required return completed, Rebibi will confirm the approved refund amount, method, and expected processing time.

Where applicable law requires repayment, we will provide the legally required refund. Rebibi credit will not be imposed instead of that repayment.

For discretionary returns or other voluntary arrangements, Rebibi may offer Rebibi credit. You may also choose credit where it is offered as an alternative to a monetary refund.

Rebibi credit:

• Can be used toward future purchases on the platform.
• Is not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
• Is subject to any conditions clearly disclosed before you accept it.

The treatment of original delivery charges and other fees will depend on the reason for the return and applicable law. We will explain the calculation when confirming the refund.

Refund processing remains subject to any mandatory legal deadlines.

8. Review of disputed decisions

If you disagree with the outcome of a return request, reply to the decision with your reasons and any additional evidence. Rebibi will review the information provided.

Our internal review does not prevent you from exercising any rights or pursuing any remedies available under Lebanese law.
